to our Cape House
Directly on the southern tip of South Africa, between Cape Town city center and the Cape of Good Hope, our beautiful Cape House is situated on a 1600sqm plot on a gently sloping hillside with a magnificent view. The house offers space for up to seven people and you will find everything you need for an unforgettable Cape Town holiday in the immediate vicinity (beaches; restaurants, shopping mall; bank; doctors, etc.).

In the region you will find countless opportunities to enjoy the wonderful nature: Swimming in the ocean with penguins; Numerous hiking routes; Diverse cycling tours; Great beaches; Half-day trips to countless wine estates in the mountains e.g. near Cape Town or the Stellenbosch region; Inexhaustible variety of landscapes; Golf on some of the most beautiful golf courses in South Africa; Music concerts in Kirstenbosch in the most famous botanical garden in South Africa; Great restaurants with fantastic views and much more.

the Cape of Good Hope
We made a conscious decision to live in Sunnydale / Noordhoek many years ago. People in and around Cape Town also always speak of a very “special flair” in this region. You can reach the center of Cape Town via Chapman’s Peak Drive, one of the most beautiful coastal roads in the world. The Cape, the airport, Cape Town City, and many other extraordinary destinations can be easily reached within a maximum of 40 minutes.
